As far as I'm concerned he is guilty and he should of pleated guilty.

The Oculus Rift is an upcoming virtual reality head-mounted display.The company was founded by Palmer Luckey and Scaleform co-founders Brendan Iribe and Michael Antonov,as well as Nate Mitchell. 

On March 25, 2014, Oculus was purchased by Facebook for US$2 billion.The company is just 18-months old

The suspects supposedly acted on orders from the local village council.  “Rape, dowry deaths, molestation, sexual harassment, and other crimes against women rose by 6.4 percent in 2012 from the previous year.” Ask the Lord to physically and emotionally heal the young woman. Pray for the government to prosecute the suspects to the fullest extent of the law. Pray for an end to sexual violence in India
